It is my belief that healthcare should be preventative. At Lockmiller Health and Wellness, we address the needs and concerns of each patient individually and develop a unique plan of care to help you maintain optimal health. We provide primary care to individuals 10 years of age and older and perform sports physicals for all athletes.

Family and Primary Care

We offer family or primary care medical services, for patients of all ages. Family or primary care includes annual or periodical wellness checks to confirm your current state of health, preventative tests and screens to avert and detect any early signs of serious illness, and counseling and education to empower you in managing your health and wellbeing successfully. 

D.O.T. Physicals

Chronic Disease Management 

Chronic disease management is an integral part of primary care. We want to provide healthcare that is convenient for you and keeps you doing the things you enjoy. We understand the challenges and difficulties that chronic disease poses for each individual, so we want to develop a plan of care with each person that helps them achieve their goals.
